Tuition Fees
Non-local students on government-funded (UGC) programmes do not receive public subsidy. Universities set their fees, which must at least cover the extra direct costs and can never be lower than the local student fee. The government reported non-local undergraduate fees of HK$140,000 to HK$171,000 a year in 2021/22. Check each university for current fees.
