Tuition Fees
Since autumn 2023, degree students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland normally pay tuition at Norwegian public institutions. Each institution sets its own fees, so there is no national figure. Exchange students and PhD candidates are generally exempt. All students also pay a small semester fee to the student welfare organisation.
