Master Programme
Mechanical Engineering
Imperial's integrated MEng Mechanical Engineering builds the core of solid mechanics, thermofluids and mechatronics through lectures, labs and tutorials, alongside technical drawing, specialist design software and hands-on workshop sessions in manufacturing. Students develop design skills through a group project, can take modules from other engineering disciplines, and finish with a research project in an area of their choice, preparing them for advanced research or careers in sectors such as automotive and energy. Entry is through UCAS (course code H301, institution code I50), with the ESAT and an interview with academic staff.
