Bachelor Programme
Accounting and Finance
This BA (Econ) pathway combines core economics with a sequence of accounting and finance units taught by Alliance Manchester Business School, covering financial reporting and regulation, management accounting, auditing and governance, investment analysis and financial markets. Depending on optional units, it offers exemptions from ICAEW, CIMA and ACCA professional exams, so it suits students heading for chartered accountancy and other finance careers. Entry is through UCAS (course code NN43, institution code M20); the school does not interview.
