Bachelor Programme
Psychology
Manchester's BSc Psychology is accredited by the British Psychological Society, so graduates are eligible for Graduate Membership, the first step towards training as a professional psychologist. The first two years cover the core areas (biological, cognitive, developmental and social psychology, individual differences, research methods and conceptual issues), with semester-long lab units building research skills, and Year 3 centres on an independent research project. Students can add a short placement, a full placement year or study abroad. Entry is through UCAS (course code C800, institution code M20).
