Bachelor Programme
Psychology (BA)
McGill's B.A. in Psychology treats psychology as the science of mind and behaviour, drawing on both the social and the biological sciences. The 36-credit major covers the core areas of psychological science and more advanced specialized topics, with optional research courses. McGill notes that the degree alone is not a professional qualification, and students aiming for graduate study and practice are advised to take Honours, or the major with a Behavioural Science minor.
