This four-year degree at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management (25 places) prepares students for management roles in hotels, restaurants, resorts, conference venues and the wider hospitality sector. Later years cover hospitality operations, information systems, international HR, revenue management and distribution, hospitality law, data analysis, leadership and strategic management, with options such as front office, bar and beverage, and conference management. Every student spends a semester abroad, through Erasmus in Year 2 or a scholarship or internship in Year 3, and Year 3 also includes a six-month professional work placement.
