Bachelor Programme
Applied Computing
The BSc in Applied Computing pairs computer science with an application area, so graduates understand both the software and the field it serves. Concentrations include bioinformatics, which uses computing to study DNA and biological data, and software engineering with business courses from the Edwards School of Business covering business practice, marketing and software project management. Students begin in a general BSc and compete for the major after first year.
