Bachelor Programme
Communication (Digital and Social Media)
UTS's Bachelor of Communication in Digital and Social Media builds practical skills in social media communication, user experience and app design, and data analysis and visualisation. After core communication subjects, students study media metrics, digital audiences, UX and app prototyping, and look critically at AI, data bias and the social effects of technology. A second specialist stream, electives or an industry internship can be added, and team projects with industry help build a portfolio. Graduates go into roles such as social media executive, digital content manager, communications manager and UX/UI designer.
