Bachelor Programme
Information Technology
UTS's Bachelor of Information Technology mixes computing theory with hands-on work on real IT problems, so graduates leave with both technical depth and business sense. Core subjects cover web systems, databases, networking, requirements modelling and project management, alongside communication and professional practice for IT. The course suits people heading for roles such as software developer, systems or business analyst, network specialist, web developer or IT project manager, and it can lead on to honours or postgraduate study. Graduates can apply for professional-level membership of the Australian Computer Society.
