Bachelor Programme

Nursing (Direct Entry BScN)

Western's Direct Entry BScN is a 3.5-year program starting in September with hands-on learning every term from year one. Students train in clinical skills labs and high-fidelity simulation suites, work with simulated patients and complete varied clinical placements with a one-to-one preceptor (mentor) model. Graduates are prepared to write the Registered Nurse licensing exam; licensure in Ontario through the College of Nurses of Ontario has its own residency and immigration-status rules.
