Tuition Fees
Each state university's board sets the fee for students admitted through the international student quota. For 2026-27, a Presidential Decision says this fee must be at least twice the official service cost for the programme. Universities may charge less for some successful students or students from certain regions.
- State universities, international-quota students (2026-27)
- Set by each university – at least 2 × the programme's official service cost
